Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
Always interested, not always involved.
What have you done previously?
I play football (soccer). This style of training is perfect for my fitness levels at football.
Did you have a goal when you first started PowerCamp?
My first goal was to get out of bed after the first session, it really hurt. Now my goals are to continue to improve each week.
Have you reached your goal?
It still hurts, but now it’s a good hurt.
How has PowerCamp helped you achieve your goal?
The people I train with help keep me on track, motivate me to improve and provide my inspiration. We all have different goals, but as a group we help each other achieve them.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Being away from the gym for extended periods of time, such as holidays or injuries.
Do you have sources if inspiration? If so, what are they?
Our trainer Vicki and the people I train with.
