ABOUT STRENGTH & HIIT: Better results in less time – what’s not to love about High Intensity Interval Training? Our classes combine intervals of high-intensity strength exercise with rest intervals. HIIT is considered to be more effective due to its high intensity, and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning fat.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Our classes combine strength training and HIIT exercises to create the ultimate fast-paced workout. These small group training classes (15ppl max) will progressively increase your fitness levels over 8 weeks – expect results and to be challenged! Leave your comfort zone behind, step into our nurturing environment and let us push your perception of what your body is capable of.
THE DETAILS: Sessions run for 40min-1hr. 2-3 sessions during the 8 weeks will be held outdoors off-site. $31 per week for 8 weeks, no commitment. Pay in full or direct debit options available. FREE for existing PowerCamp members.
